You might want to start by looking at some of the hundreds of other similar 360 exhaust threads maybe starting with the one right by this

My '04 360 spider 6 speed came with Tubi. Sounded very nice but I wanted something even louder, more aggressive, more F1. Problem is I did not want to disturb my neighbors and there are many times a loud exhaust like Capristo Stage 3 and such are inappropriate. Accordingly I opted for the Capristo Twin Sound. It is perfect for my uses and preferences. You can change between sounds by pushing a button on the remote control.

In quiet mode it is a touch louder than stock (very tame almost like an ordinary car). On loud mode it by passes the muffler entirely and is loud.

Note: a big difference between exhausts is not just the muffler but other items as well. Does the the car has manifolds, precats and cats or.... headers, test pipes or no carts (or any combo of those). I have stock manifolds, precats and cats so when the Capristo bypasses the muffler sound has still been muffled by the precats an cats so its loud but not outrageous. If you have headers and test pipes it would likely be too loud. Capristo mentioned to me if you have a stock system I would probably like the twin sound, if I had headers/test pipes Stage 3 which is loud but still goes thru a muffler, may be more appropriate.

Of course the above only discussed Capristo, but there are lots of other manu's and options depending on what type of sound you like and how loud you want it.

In general Tubi is lower notes, sounds great at lower revs and idle, but has less F1 whine and scream-- high RPMs not as impressive. Capristo the opposite. There are also many other manu's.

Tubi is fairly reasonable $, the Twin Sound was pretty expensive but to me sound is a big part of the Fcar experience-- and one of my favorites :) I leave it on loud the majority of the time when I driving.

    Good luck.

Look at the nouvalari, best bang for buck. Build quality and sound are just as good or better than others.

Did a fair amount of research when I wanted to change my 360 spider's stock exhaust, listened to several and opted for the nouvolari sport - not too boomy low down, but enough fizz pop crackle whine and scream to put a smile on my face every single time. It also appears to be much better value than most others.

I doubt you'd be disappointed with any after-market exhaust so just go for what feels right price-wise. If you can't hear samples in person, YouTube has a lot of recordings.

I´ll propably go with Capristo twin sound system.

I have a reliatively loud one now installed in my Spider (dont know the brand...) and I would like it to be a little more tame for the longer journeys / night driving in the suburbia etc.

Can't say I have ever heard the Capistro, but I have compared the Tubi on mine to stock and it is night and day. The Tubi sounds like what you expect a Ferrari to sound, the stock does not. Just like the stock horn vs the air horn I put on my 360 spider.

I have a Capristo Level 2 on mine. Its loud enough with the roof down, leaves my ears ringing after a long journey. If you slacken off the gas in the built up areas you nearly get away with it.

I prefer the Nouvalari. To me the Tubi is a littly 'tinny' sounding.

I have a 2004 360 with a tubi that has valves (controlled by the ECU's). So, tooling around the neighborhood she's fairly quiet. Get on it and the valves open. You get a strong, loud and deep F1 sound (not shrill and not resonant at any frequency). Get on it really hard and the exhaust note changes, getting even more aggressive. There is a version of this exhaust that is called "very loud" or "super loud". Didn't need that but maybe you would like it.

At one point I decided to disconnect the hoses from the valves. That gave it the full volume roar all the time. This winter I'm going to re-connect the hoses and wire a switch on the console to the solenoids that control the air pressure to the valves.

    Highly recommended.

Makes more sense than putting a $20,000 exhaust on an $80,000 car.

Check out this comparison and choose based on your personal preference. Silver car has stock exhaust, red one a Tubi and yellow one a Capristo.
