Hi guys, Im from Australia (originally from Russia) and live in Melbourne. Just wanted to get some of your opinions on Canada as a whole. Id like to visit there one day. So the main questions, how are the women, weather and the general lifestyle? In a way I always thought of Canada as Australia's bigger sister (similar laws, similar amount of people, good health covers lol etc) What are Canadians like? Ive met a few but not that many... Also I miss the snow and I think Canada never seems to run out of it... hah PS I still cant tell the difference between Canadian and American accents. You guys all sound like you have a HAWT potato in your mouth
well I am Russian too ... all I can say is - Canada is better than Russia ))) I've never been to Australia. Girls are damn hot here , hotter than Russian ones
I dunno man, Russian girls are way hotter than Aussie chicks and most others. Guys who go to Russia for women come back with yeys wide open, Russian women tend to put much more effort into their appearance than most other women.
we're all grumps, the scenery's non-existent being all paved now, the food's lousy, the taxes are high, healthcare is inconsistent, the lineups for everything are long, it either snows or rains 8 months out of 12, we can't agree on anything - you don't want to come up here. Fcar prices are even high compared to the US. Although, there's a large Oz contingent that comes up for the skiing every winter in Whistler - there's a couple of months left to the season and the snow's great this year.
Considering our country is at roughly the same latitude on the globe as Moscow.......et al.......I'd say except for Vancouver our weather is like Russia. We have the highest personal taxes of any G8 nation........ We are dominated by pissant liberals in our government and civil service....... The cost if living "anywhere" is outrageous...... Our RE market is at the top of a bubble....... Women are scanks here IMHO..... If you live here today chances are you will not be able to retire comfortably on a middle class salary due to the taxes and cost of living..... We have high crime...... We have an enormous number of refugees and other people who should not be here....but were let in by the Liberal government looking for voters......and we don't send the M-fers back either...... In 7-10 more years.....I am leaving "Kanaduh" for good.......and retiring on the beach in Brasil where the tax rate is 15% and the temperature is 40 degrees celcius almost every day. And beer is 50 cents....not $5.00..........
Wow... Ive actually enjoyed Russian winters (Vladivostok which is Russia's far east), it starts to snow in late October and the snow melts away in late March (from what I can remember). Australia's real estate has just exploded in the last 5 years. Houses that were $200,000 in 2002 are now $400,000 +. So many people cant afford to buy inner city property anymore. This is across all of Australia. Suddenly old piece of poo houses in average areas are "gold mines". Very sad. Why are women skanks? lol I heard Montreal has Canada's most gorgeous women. Regarding crime, yeah Canada and Australia seem to hardly punish people. Also Canada has some freaky murderers, Karla Homolko and that young girl Jasmine who killed her whole family with her goth BF. We also have some messed up crime here too. America seems to have zero tolerance for murderers though. Australia has loads of refugees too... some still think they are in Africa or India and etc.
