My first trip to London years ago I asked for iced tea as a simple drink. That threw them into tizzy to find ice. Think it came with about four ice cubes.

I went to London in 1994, post 6th grade for me, when my uncle was working/living there. The one take away is they don't like ice even when you ask for it.

Its all of Europe, but they have gotten a lot better about it over the years. Nowadays they will even bring it without asking sometimes if they think you are American :)

Had to dig into the Prepper Stash...

Canned mac 'n cheese and canned spaghetti bolognese...

I'd rate the spaghetti bolognese as "meh"

And the mac 'n cheese as "yucky"

(despite jazzing up with some parmesan and herbs/spices)

Old school. When we were kids, grandma would whip those up to keep us from pestering her when were - as was usually the case - starving between meals!

I'm not a big egg fan but boiled eggs are my preferred way. But I "boil" them in the oven. Just set in cup cake trays and bake.

I do think the yolks come out creamiest when steamed.

And I just ate a boiled egg sandwich for dinner. :)

Nice... never heard of that way to cook them. Time / temp for baking?

    For the oven 30 minutes @ 325.

    I don't remember for steaming. I think i would do 15 or 20 minutes.
