Meatball sandwich(homemade meatballs) with mozzarella, chips and a salad with blue cheese and an iced coffee and ice water all at a hometown diner.

Yeah, they called them tots. They were amazing, like crispy fried hash browns. Came in all sorts of shapes. Way better than any traditional tots I’ve had. The food was all pretty good, but not sure we will go back (it’s pretty unhealthy and we only have 3 weeks left here before moving to London).

I never liked chili rellenos until he suggested I try his. These are amazing. Filled with a ground beef and potato mixture. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I "corned" a beef tongue last week and a half and boiled it with pickling spice a la corned beef. Fixin to drive to the airport.
I had seafood risotto which was shrimp, mahi, grouper simmered in a creamy risotto with a grilled lobster tail and peas and leeks.
Quick salad in Grand Teton Park yesterday after dropping Ania at the airport (she’s off to London) and as I headed to Montana for one last fishing trip before I join her in London shortly... Image Unavailable, Please Login
