So trying new post since old (blue search) was irrelevant to this new quest...

And any help will be most appreciated.

So I may have found a Silver colour that is closer to the cars orginial silver metallic colour (According to Fabio my car was manufactured on December 1st 1970 and colour was Grigio Medio. Interior Senape): Please see pics showing a grey metallic Indy with hint of beige in its silvery paint.

I have not seen this shade of silver metallic on any indys/Maseratis before. So it may be a non-original colour? I hope not.... From Ivans colour-code page that I was shown at early stage I cannot really discern this shade, but maybe it might be something called Argento Auteuil Metalliszato? Difficult to say...

Great looking colour along with Senape interior.

    Kind regards,

    Martin

    Hello:
I have a factory paint colour swatch of Eurolac - Glidden Salchi S.p.A. and it contains Argento Auteuil Metallizzato 106 E1 - it could be the colour of your Indy but if yours has some warmer undertones (i.e. 'tannish silver') I don't think it would be A.U.M. which is more like an alloy wheel silver on the darker side but a lovely colour nonetheless.
    Regards,
    Colin
