    So over the past several days I have noticed a black Crown Vic with super dark tint cruising the neighborhood, open eye's (no visible lighting of a LEO). Pulled out of the driveway today and saw the same CV and waved as I drove past while watching my rearview mirror. The vehicle then pulled into the driveway of my neighboring house which has been unoccupied for 4 months and our crime rate has tripled over the past decade.

    So the funny is I turned around and he stopped, I exited my vehicle in a friendly posture as I approached his vehicle, he (Deputy Constable) rolled down his window and said "Travis where have you been? You don't call or write me any more, wtf?" LOL

    It sure is a small world.
