Yes just happened to ring today to get an update on the SOR, and was advised to go and collect. Now safely residing back home with full documentation (and still for sale!!!). Looks like I have been lucky and I have to thank the guys at the coalface for their help.
I think you have been very lucky. Did RC themselves advise you to retrieve the car? p.s. there is a 'For Sale' thread stickied at the top of this forum.
Not directly no. But once I had called to say that I was going to pick it up they were very helpful. I bought the car from them 2 years ago and took it back in December for SOR. I had been keeping in touch with them on a regular basis, more so since the weather improved because it is a soft top, but had no idea what was going on until yesterday. One obviously aggrieved guy was blocking the entrance to the workshop with his truck but fortunately my car was at the front of the showroom and easy to get out.
The same thing happend to me that man!!!!!!!!! DID NOT PAY the money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna put him out of buisiness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
