I want a complete car, not just the motor. I intend to either restore one or purchase a good running example

the subject Series 1 400i in the attached thread is available...
and it's certainly amongst the very best value-for-dollar propositions 'out there'.
very good 'driver' cosmetics with a complete, documented mechanical overhaul...it's done, roadtested and ready to go.

    Hi Howard,

I'm in Tacoma, WA. I have a 1982 400i in excellent condition that I may consider selling. It's silver on tan with 25,000 miles.

Let me know if you're interested.

Hello, the Ferrari dealer in North Carolina ( I am not sure if I am permitted to use actual name) has what appears to be a low mileage original 365. If you are looking for this type of car, then I would say this example is worth a look. Please forgive my ignorance, but are all 365's priced in the 300k range? It just seemed like a lot of money, but then again it is a vintage Ferrari.
    Hope my info was helpful.

    Kind regards, Rich

That price would be for a 60s 365, not the 365 GT/4 from the 1970s, which would go for $30-50k. There could be a typo in the price.
