NOW, for the “CV19 Clause” required by Ferrari North America in order to attend this event:

    Dear Ferraristi,

We are getting excited for the Passione Ferrari weekend at the Ferrari Challenge race weekend at Circuit of The Americas August 29th-30th.

Please see important information below regarding requirements to attend.

With the concern to maintain the health of yourself, your guest(s), and other participants, Ferrari North America will require a recent COVID-19 negative test within a certain time frame before the race weekend festivities. See requirements below and attached release form. And don’t hesitate to reach out to me with questions or need for clarification.

    Every attendee (dealer/client/guest) must:

    1. Register via Ferrari Support ([email protected]) – clients will register for their guests
    2. Print and sign the attached authorization for release
    3. Take a COVID -19 test* no more than 4 days prior to COTA – no exceptions will be made
*Please note that the TEST must be done within 4 days of the weekend, so the test must be taken no earlier Tuesday, August 25th.
    4. Bring to COTA & submit to KCI (Ferrari’s partner who operates Ferrari Passione) at credential collection:
    a. Attached, signed authorization for release
    b. COVID-19 test results (only negative results will be admitted to COTA)

The attached form provides consent to share your information with Ferrari, solely in order to participate in the event. Each attendee, guests included, must fill one out.

The information will not be shared outside Ferrari, and it will be disposed of properly once used to determine eligibility to attend.

Please note, owner lapping will only be available Saturday evening.

Hospitality will be combined with Challenge driver hospitality; however, strict social distance guidelines will be in effect.

We know this creates a slight inconvenience, but respect and agree with the measures taken by Ferrari North America to make this a fun (and safe!) event for everyone to enjoy.

I’m interested. Would need to join FCA DFW first! The ATX, my old college stomping grounds!
Would this pass include a “plus 1” or expect pricing per attendee?

Still waiting on details from FNA as to if they are going to move forward.
Historically the per day price is per person though.

    More details to follow ASAP

    Steve

p.s. Yes, you should join the DFW Chapter, we have a lot going on in and around CV19 !

My understanding as of today is that there are Saturday or Saturday/Sunday passes available at this time for visitors to purchase.
    ( Saturday August 29th and Sunday August 30th )
Set up, testing, practices, etc are going on before hand, but I am unaware of those days being " open " for guest.

    Saturday
    Qualifying starts around 3:30pm
    Dinner around 6pm
    Race 1 starts around 8:30pm
    Everything wraps up around 11pm

    Sunday
    Qualifying start around 10:45
    Race 2 starts around 12:35pm
    Everything wraps up around 5:30pm

Feet on the ground are saying very few " refugees " to be seen...

This is what we are hearing as well.... other than the possible optics of a bunch of Ferrari running around all over the place...

One thing is for sure, its going to be hot this weekend!
