I'm considering a 2013 V8V Sportshift car with 26000 miles on the clock. It is a 4 owner car and the CarFax indicates regular maintenance but I see no mention of a clutch replacement. I have no idea how the car was driven. Having said that, is 26000 miles getting near the "typical" life of the clutch? If I have an aston dealer do a PPI can they determine the approximate clutch wear. In my Lamborghini E-gear I can get a clutch snap done and get a clutch wear indication. Is there something like that with a Sportshift?

Way beyond clutch replacement. Could be ready for second replacement.

They can tell you how much is left. You can also improve the solution by using the DB9 clutch instead. AP engineering also had better solutions but for some reason they have withdrawn them. But worthwhile to double check.
