On ebay in the UK at the moment. Grill looks weird but not too ugly. Any comments. Running at £5k at the moment and a manual to boot. Link below

I quite like the front, but the rear looks awful, it is much higher than a 412.

Looks like it will require a lot of work to return in acceptable conditions... my humble question is why ? 365 is so nice just the way Pininfarina and Ferrari designed it !
what about the color ? does not look a 365 code...

j'ai tout fait pour trouver des clignotants avant pour la remettre en configuration d'origine
pourquoi autant d'acharnement sur une telle voiture

The guy that modded the trunk must have needed the extra room to keep all of his crack that he smoked.

Look again. It's on the right side.

It's OK to mod your car to the specs that make you happy, but when you go to sell it....well.

You bring up a good point about resale and mods. Also, there are mods that are easily put back to stock and those that are much more difficult.

    Hi all,

What would you roughly estimate this would cost to put right?

    Thanks

What does it need doing to it? Front and rear ends? Also, does anybody know the background on this car?

Not to mention that it has been sitting for 8 years and likely needs all new rubber parts and heavy refurbishment for the cooling system, brakes, fuel system, etc. Let's assume that the engine is good, which would be a huge assumption.

After you are all done, it will still be a car with stories, and not good stories.

And I wonder what kind of interesting job they did on the inside of the trunk. I don't believe any of those trim pieces are available new any longer.

On my 365 GT4 2+2, Ferrari Classiche estimated the cost of converting the back panel from 4 lights (a la 400) back to the original 6 lights. The proposed amount was 25 k€ and they also said it was not recommended to invest that kind of money, given the market value of the car.

This eBay 365 has rims which do not seem to be original Cromodora, at least the expected rim inscriptions are not visible on the pictures.
