Owners Club have an arrangement with Locktons for a Chubb policy - there's brokers like AIB or Paceward - Aviva & Zurich have high value cover

You may also have a look at AON classic car insurance; they have a deal with the FOC in France but I saw they are also present in the UK.

I use Aviva for a 430, very good rates as i live in a safe area. Normal tracker requirements and you can jack up the 1st excess

I still need to secure my insurance. Looking at aviva it is only possible ( unless I am doing something wrong ) to insure up to £ 100 k

Most of my broker quotes are around £ 2200 whereas comparison sites as low as £ 1500. Full no claims etc

I'm down to £ 1900 for a decent policy with an excess of £ 1000 & all the premium extras

My 458 is on my Admiral Multicar policy, I rang and they were very helpful with a very competitive quote.

I went hiscox after looking at all the options.

    The main differences are
    - unlimited windscreen cover and i can order genuine ferrari windscreen rather than a cheap copy
    - any driver over 25 (which is handy)
    - i can drive any car fully comp any value that i dont own
    - no mileage limit
    - agreed value rather than trade valuation

Costs me £1950 per year but they also just add cars as well, the second and 3rd car were much cheaper than much other policies.

I'd avoid using companies like Admiral for cars of this type / value, generally they will not give agreed value or use a specialist repairer but insist you use their recommended companies and also will use 2nd hand parts. Check the policy details very carefully.

I'm with Chubb Masterpiece on a multicar policy, 458 Spider and FF are each around £950 per annum, unlimited mileage and for any driver, also allows me to drive any car fully comprehensive

Hi Mark, thats interesting,,,do you deal directly to Chubb? I have just renewed my policy through a broker with Chubb and its cost me 3300gbp per year for my Speciale, This is expensive but in relation to my previous insurance through Aviva its both cheaper and much better conditions, Im a firm believer of damn good insurance cover but yours is only around a third of the cost of mine,,,be interesting to know who your broker is or dealing directly,,,cheers Marko
