Rotor arm centre connection thingy missing in dizzy cap ? Just a punt Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
that's 10 points for you! Now I've got to find a carbon brush somewhere. Dissy Cap is same as Rolls V8's so shouldn't be impossible to find...
Running out of fuel is the second biggest rush outside of losing the arse end on a left hander in the alps Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Nothing like driving it on fumes, passing the servo at $1.75, pulling into the next one at $1.08, and putting 66 litres into a 65 litre tank - ooh baby!
Haha that’s gold!! Good for you, there should be a governing body that deals with these petrol pump crooks Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Carbon brush missing is an easy spot! Grab a cap off an early falcon mate. EA, EB, and pull the brush out. It’ll have a spring on the end of it. A file will make it fit if it’s too big. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think it's been arcing across for a while and was the source of my misfire. Happy news, discovered it's the same dissy cap as a Triumph Stag, so found a brush online for $5
Triumph Stag? No wonder it failed. One of the dizzies on the QV was missing the button as well - only noticed when the engine was rebuilt.
got the Hoosier radials mounted on my freshly painted wheels today, very happy with the looks, can't wait to see how they work. Image Unavailable, Please Login
