I noticed two small chips on my door at the other day. Very minor, but thought I would touch them up. Does anyone know where to best obtain Ferrari matched touch up paint? Do I go to my local dealer? Or is there a source online that is recommended. The car is Nero.

I had something similar on the door edge of my 360 Spider. My color is Rosso Corsa. I purchased a bottle of touch up paint from www.automotivetouchup.com and have been very happy with the results. It is a great color match on my car.

dr.colorchip My car rosso corsa too. Instead of using supplied brush I use a broken in half round tooth pick to fill the chip

OK… Makes sense. He just kind a dab it in there, and then do you need to let it partially dry and then sand or something? How do you get it smooth so it doesn’t just like a dollop of paint on the chip?

I use Dr. Colorchip too (FER 300/6). The kit I have comes with a tool and a solution, both of which smooth out the blob.

Get yourself a Loew-Cornell paint pen, they work extreme well for filling chips and scratches with precise amounts of paint.

Video detailing a touch up using a paint pen, skip to 4:30 mark to begin the explanation of it's use.

I would love to know how this goes. I've used Dr. Colorchip several times and the color matches are great but I can never figure out how to get the holes filled in just right. I'm not that hands on though so likely just my poor craftsmanship
