There's Jason and then there'e everyone else. There are only 2 questions, really: 1. Do you want to win? 2. Is he already booked? http://www.xcaliberdetail.com/
Jasons's done countless detail jobs for me. Every time nothing but spectacular results. Wouldn't look further.
Rick at Mobile Paint & Dent Repair does a lot of work for Ferrari of Costa Mesa. http://www.mobilepaint.net/
I only use Jason for my cars. I would not trust any other. He is consistent and reliable and is a one man show. No one else will touch your car and having him detail your car is like a full paint make over. His attention to detail is amazing.
I would ask over on Autopia, where pros generally hang out and compare notes. I've never used him, but Eric @ Envious Detailing gets a lot respect from many of the revered paint correction pros on there: http://www.enviousdetailing.com
My apologies for monopolizing Jason's time. Jason was at my home the last few days taking care of the fleet. Wow do they all look great. 4 of them are black. Black is not a color it is a commitment.
Thanks guys! Much appreciated. Kerim, great picture! Lol. I've been working nonstop lately. Very true. I take a few days every 3-4 months and detail my black SUV.
Jason's obviously monopolized this thread, but I'll still throw my hat in. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
In the San Diego area there's none better than Frank Cassidy at Auto Gleam 619-800-AUTO [email protected] www.greenautogleam.com
Jason is the only one who has touched my Stradale. Jason, it's getting that time again! Looks to me that you are the hands down choice here! Those of us that use you want to keep this as our secret!
I've tried out some of the SoCal detailers listed in this thread and they do great work. But just like we want to keep Jason a secret to the Ferrari community, Bugatti owners seem to have been keeping Jimmy Lucci of Lucci Elite to themselves. I'd never heard of him before, but I found him on a GTR forum because I needed paint correction done on my black GTR that no one else has been able to get 100%. I reviewed examples of his work online and was impressed, but I thought, just because people are handing him million dollar cars doesn't prove to me he can do my car right. So I booked him to work on my GTR. He knew the ins and outs of my paint, he even knew on which model years the clear coat was different. He explained to me how difficult my year/color of GTR was to correct & why the other detailers couldn't get it right because of the soft clearcoat & lack of experience with it. He said he had already done multiple GTRs and had it figured out & well, he did. He got my paint to perfection when no one else could. He even applied a titanium ceramic sealant (AQuartz) to help protect further. I will be having him work on my Modena next. His prices are also even a bit lower than I'm used to and he provides a Cadillac CTS-V loaner if you need. I'm not affiliated with him so I'm not going to post links but just search online & you'll find him. I told him I'd tell Fchat about him & would love to hear what others on this forum think of his work if you decide to use him. Oh yeah here's my album of shots I took of my GTR after detail. I'd skip straight to the sun shots at the end if you want real proof that he got every last swirl out. http://public.fotki.com/studiotsang/cars/2009-nissan-gtr-1/lucci-elite-detailed/
I have worked with Jimmy @ Lucci Elite and Daniel @ Car Connoisseur(San Fernando Valley) many times and both are top notch so they get my endorsement.
What part of so cal are you located in? There are many great detailers, and only a few top tier ones. Cheers, GREG
