Found this on the Viper site. Interesting list.

    The Top 10
    Jeep Wrangler
    Subaru Outback
    Jeep Grand Cherokee
    BMW X5
    BMW 3-Series
    Saab 93
    Mazda Miata
    Ford Mustang
    Ford Ranger
    VW New Beetle

    Ford Mustang
    Steve Siler
    Overview
There's a certain charm about the Ford Mustang that makes it as suitable for gay men and women as the Mazda Miata, though the 'Stang's brand of charm is rather different. It's on the opposite end of the macho scale -- even more so in the butch Mach 1 and SVT Cobra arrays. Ultimately, the Musting is as rewarding as it is demanding to own, but then, we as a group tend to be willing to make sacrifices for a cool ride. And yes: After all this time, the Mustang is still cool.
    Styling
The Mustang has been updated regularly during the nearly 40 years it's been with us. That said, this one has been with us for a while, and it's ripe for an update (which it will get for the '05 model year). An undeniably muscular stance and long-nose, short-deck proportion give it machismo in droves, so who cares how new it looks? (Mustang drivers don't concern themselves with this season's Prada.) This year, Ford revived the Mach 1, with matte black graphics and a "shaker" hood scoop that takes you right back to 1969. Cool.

    Interior (dashboard/ergonomics)
Interiors have never been the Mustang's strong suit, and this one has its share of shortcomings. The stereo and climate controls can be a reach, ditto the shifter. But the convertible offers a stereo that pumps out no fewer than -- get this -- 1,200 watts!

From what I've seen, Honda Civic Del Sols should be on that list.

I would have put that on my top 10 list, without seeing the list, along with the Wrangler.

VW Rabbit Cabriolet has to be the greatest homosexual driving machine of all time.

Others: Honda Element, Toyota MR Spyder, Pontiac Asspack, and Ford Festiva should all be on that list as well.

I'd have to say, based on my experience (no, not that kind) that the guys favor Saabs, and the real militant girls, Subarus (used to be Volvos). Beyond that, it's hard to stereotype.
As a general proposition though, leaving sexual orientation aside, i find Volvo drivers to be some of the absolute worst on the roads here. In my estimation, anybody that buys a car primarily because of safety probably has a reason for that- tentative, slow, indecisive, scared behind the wheel. I make it a deliberate point to get away from them- and anybody driving a US made car in the greater New York area, like a Buick or Olds- usually signifies heavy duty Hasidic Jews behind the wheel (hey, i'm jewish, i can say this) and those guys rate right up there with Asian women driving SUVs as some of the worst drivers on the planet.
Not that I'm prejudiced or anything, but these are empirical observations, based on years of study....

I've owned two Saabs, and a Volvo. I don't swing that way, I just have a thing for Swedes. I also owned a Subaru, but I never drove it. I would have to agree though that homosexual females like Subies. Might have something to do with the fact that Subaru makes large donations to several gay rights organizations.
