Tools and a scam out of Italy

As Ferrari collectors we all know how important and expensive, tools, books, bags, jacks, manuals, owner history and paperwork are to the car and it's price. We all know how hard these tools are to find and what people will pay for them.

I found La Scuderia Rossa on the Internet and after a number of conversations I decided to do business. I bought a jack and bag and they seemed ok. I then proceeded with a kit and here is where I ran into the scam. I paid as before but I only received a tool bag and a few tools (which turned out to be the wrong type). I've given up on the owner Orlando and I continue my search.
