    Adolfo,
Thank you very much for the offer. We will be in San Gimignano from June 24 for one week.
Even if we have a couple of itineraries ready (and you and your 308 are more than welcome to join), we have no firm plans or schedules during our stay. Every idea is welcome. :)
    Ciao
    Eugenio

Nice wax job, now I' m forced to go downstairs to do something for my shining.

BTW: Got an email-reminder from maranello: the ticket/pass office there is opening Saturday around 8:30-9:00 am.
I'm still wondering how early we can be there and how many cars can roll to this office at the same time to pick up the tickets.
How many cars do they expect to appear at all?

    cheers,

    cinque

I think it will be chaos!, I heard 4,000 Ferraris are expected in Maranello for the Weekend :)

I think the Orta group will be in Maranello around 11am, it would be good to liase with Eugenio or Kevan to agree a point/ time to meet.

    See you Saturday :)

ooops, perhaps they consider to open more than just one ticket counter. :D
And I should start very very early ... grrrr ;)

As a meeting point I can imagine the track entree for cars everyone needs to pass.
But I doubt they accept parking/waiting in second lane in this bottleneck.
So that's only good for already parking inside and coming back on foot.

I can't see 4.000 cars happening - judging on how little interest this has generated among Fchat and the UK owners club. Also I don't think they would have opened up the sales on the owners site so late unless they were worried that there won't be a huge turnout. I would predict something like 200- 500 cars on the track from people like us tops. I would also expect a crowd of corporate affiliates, employees of Ferrari, local government officals, the people of Maranello and a crowd of tifosi sans cars. I'm pretty much sure it will be mayhem...

Andrea, Eugenio - any idea on how widely publicised this event is with the Italian Ferrari club(s).

    Excuse me..

We all saw the disappointing news that Ton said goodbye and will sell his stunning TR...
What isn't clear to me though is the fact if he's still gonna attend your promising Tuscany trip ?

    Thanks.
