    yes, ceramic coated headers with heat sheilds, which had yet to be installed when the pics were taken.

    Brett,

    No appologies necessary, I am just suggesting we not spend cycles on something that is off topic. My advice is for everyone to show restraint and not post any clever zingers to stuff like this. Its amazing how fast something like this spools up if responded to (half a page so far - me included ;) ) and how fast it goes away if ignored.

    If you or anyone else has a comment, might I suggest it get conveyed via PMs.

    Now, lets get gack to 18767 (and I guess baby pictures are OK too ;) :D :D ).

    Well I stopped by GT auto this last week to see how things were going. The guys have done some great work! The exhaust is incredible, it makes the Daytona in Gumball Rally sound lame. The throttle response is instant. I was able to drive the car for a couple of hours. The suspension has been pretty much completely replaced and the ride and handling reflect all of the new parts. Before I left we all sat down and made a list of a few things left to do. I should be picking it up in a week or so! This has been an incredible experience for me. Just look at the pictures of where the car was when Brett started on it, today it is a driving snarling beast! I feel excited and in a way proud of the fact that a Ferrari has been brought back from a dissembled non running bunch of pieces!!!!

    Hey Jim, dropped my car off with Brett on Friday night and saw your car there. It's beautiful! That engine is awesome. Would have loved to hear it run. Suggestion, post a clip on youtube after you pick it up!
