Seems to me when these came out a few years back I saw them advertised everywhere. Now when I go to look for them it's like they never existed. I thought they would be piling up in every Ferrari owner's garage, but noooooo.

Does anyone remember what these were called? If they're still available? Aren't they just the sweetest for an F car?

I cannot recall the name of that model. Typically they are just referred to as Momo Ferrari, but that isn't it either. It came out around the time of the Momo Idea wheels - which was in the early 90's. If you are really set on getting these, you need to look around for a set used in the sizes you want.

They were made by Momo, called IDEA, IIRC.
That's what the red box logo on the rim said. Some sort of reference to Ferrari Engineering Division.

They did NOT offer fitment for the 308, or any Ferrari, I was told!
Go figure! A beautiful wheel for sure.

True, I think they only came in 6x14 and 7x15 or so, only ever saw them on Fiat Unos. Who wants a wheel with red plastic inserts on a Ferrari?

These came out in the mid 90s when I was in college. They were called MOMO "Ferrari Engineering" or something like that. My memories of it have been spoiled because I saw a black Prelude with them *everyday*.

I didn't want to get "Prelude" wheels, so they never appealed to me.

Yes, that's the correct name. Here's an MR2 wearing the wheels:

I think HRE offers the best range for Ferraris at this time.

Even Speedline did not seem interested in helping with 16" for the 3X8.
If you weren't ordering 19"s for the new 360, then you went on "Hold" LOL!

I never really thought of this before, but the MOMO Ferrari Engineering wheel we're talking about sure did foreshadow the stock F50 wheel design didn't it?

    That lucky little MR2.
I guess I don't have the wrong wheels, just the wrong car!

And they don't fit a Ferrari? Sheesh, what's this world coming to?

I like one of the HRE's but think I like an ROH one better, so I'm gonna look in that first. But thanks!

Well, thanks for the help guys!

What car do you plan on putting those rims on? I couldn't exactly picture a red Ferrari with red rims, let alone any other color Ferrari. It seems very "bling" as maranelloman puts it.

(and here I thought "bling" was already out of vogue)

On a black GTS, but with the center pieces painted black. But I guess it'll never happen.

    Hey, the Borbet wheels....

I've only seen those in person once...and I couldn't believe my eyes then.

Yeah, HRE's and GFG, and a few models of AXIS.

As far as these MOMO's, why would anyone in their right mind buy em? Can you not tell that there ugly? Cuz I sure can.
