I wish them well. They thought the big buck guys were going to fly in on a G5, run a few laps and then go home to The Madison Club. I know people that have been on the track but I don't know anyone that has slapped down the cash. Very nice track...very exclusive.

Had a chance to do many miles on the first South Palm Circuit track last year and just had the opportunity to run the newly completed North Palm Circuit middle connecting track on a recent visit to the area. Both nice with impressive newly completed support buildings but not serious modern race tracks to try to really hang it out on. Maybe it will be better when they finish the third track and you can run the full circuit. Presently seems to tight, not wide enough for real dicing, weak runoff areas with the guard rail to close in many locations should you have an off not to mention the 110 degree + desert heat 3 & 1/2 + months a year. Buy in will cost 750K+ if you want to buy a lot and build a halfway decent crib for your rides and place to entertain that as of the moment you can't even sleep in overnight in if you wanted to as the current zoning won't allow it. Will be fascinating to see if there are enough of the Big Boys G650 Club and Corporate players around to step up to buy all 215 lots, build out and make it a success after a few of them try it out have an off and wipeout one their 7/8$ figure + toys. Nearby Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, Buttonwillow Raceway Park have much better runoff areas with challenging layouts for really spirited driving at a more reasonable cost.

I like it there and will be going back this weekend.
I know two people who have bought in. They are making good use of their memberships.
