Nope, right in Kentfield in Marin. The car has a tubi with test pipes, and at the time a horrendous airleak that was creating spectacular popping and snorting on high rev overrun. He told me he's heard me around, and he couldnt let it slide anymore....

    Hey guys,
I'd like to go if there is still room. My 308 is in the shop so I plan to bring a 40-years old Alfa GTV if you don't mind. She is slow but...Can Bob / someone PM me with the meeting place? See you tomorrow.

Thanks Bob for organizing this exciting event. I stayed behind the Audi and 348 Challenge, they sound amazing.
Thank you for hanging out with me and to call AAA, Tuan and Kourosh. We arrived home safe. The oil-drainage plug was let lose and all the motor oil split to the hot exhaust ;-)

Have a nice Labor Day weekend guys.

Great drive, except for the truck and getting lost and my navigator's green gills :D Nice mix of cars including a Scuderia Hat Trick. I think that we had 13 cars and 24 at breakfast. Special thanks to Ramin Naimi of Ferrari of San Francisco for hosting the gathering point. Bob, nice job arranging breakfast at Nick's. A real treat!

    Wow!

A very nice drive again. Bob, Joe and everyone else who put this together, Thank you! Both Brian and I really enjoyed meeting everyone new to the drive. The breakfast was great and the people made it even better. We truly are so fortunate to live in the area. This little piece of the Bay is heaven on earth and getting a chance to be in the midst of so many beautiful cars at speed, is always a unforgettable experience.

A high point for me today was following Joe in his '75 GT4. Having driven one for 20 years myself, I was reminded again on how dialed in that car can get and how much I miss the smell of burning gas and oil! Joe drove the stretch of Petaluma Marshall Rd at a speed any race/classic car fan can appreciate. It was a thing of beauty. Looking forward to next time!

Thanks to all who made this happen. Great group. We lost a few, but they'll be back. Fantastic pictures thus far. Can't wait to see what else is in store.

Tuan, it's nearly 3:30 pm and still no video. Are you doing okay there, bud?

And Joseph driving the GT4 driving was amazing.

Jeff, I wish I had seen that from your perspective (all of the sudden he was just there, behind me!) ...Joseph was concerned he didn't have the horsepower and he proved himself a very capable driver!

Thank god for Peer Pressure! It was nice meeting new people and meeting some people I've known for years, but never met (Moogle). Nice group of cars, but it's the people that make these gatherings fun. DAMN TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! I got stuck behind him and missed a turn, but fortunately we caught back up.

    I think I took some pics...gotta find them ;)

Thanks Joe and Bob for setting this up.

It was great meeting you guys, and I had a great weekend so far. Between 2 on Friday, and 3 Saturday, I put over 400 miles on the car, including 3 trips down Petaluma-Tomales Rd, twice down Lucas Valley Rd(once each way) twice through Nicasio from each direction and the car didnt skip a beat.

    Jay in the silver Spyder
