Just for fun- what's the most exotic car in the world? For the purposes of this poll, I'll define an exotic as a car that is noticed and looked at by someone who knows nothing and cares nothing about cars, but knows that the car they view is special. And for car enthusiasts, it's an unusual and memorable sight to see one on the road. If you choose "other," please name the car in a reply that you've chosen.

    Have fun!

    I voted other.

I think the Lamborghini Diablo is the most exotic.

I have not seen a McLaren F1 on the road so that would be the most memorable and special for me.

Zonda purely for looks, but thats kind of a weird questions... mclaren f1 is way too plain to be considered the most exotic by looks

Zonda's are exotic for sure, but I just don't think it's a good looking car.

I think the F40 and Countach are very exotic looking with their very low noses. The newer exotics like the Veyron just don't look like that.

I went with the F50. I think the unique (in a cool way) design is quite nice. I actually saw one on the road back in the mid 90's probably right after it came out.

Countach. Scissor doors, windscreen and bonnet nearly on the same plane... the early one was the best by far and prompted Ferrari to go mid-engined with his Boxer.

That said, I'd rather have an F40. ;)

Zonda by far, since it's got the interior to match the exterior.

    other - gotta be P4/5.

Reason: looks outrageous but purposeful, is ultra rare!

Much as I love the Mac F1 and it presses all the right buttons for me it doesn't have quite the visual impact of P4/5

Definitely the Zonda, I was thinking the Koenigsegg for a few seconds, but the Zonda dwarfs it and any contenders.

The F1 has a lot of presence to those who know what they are looking at, but visually only of few of them (mostly of the LM/LM Kit variety) would truly stop traffic. A standard road car, especially one in a subdued color would be overlooked by a lot of people.

In this case, my vote actually went for the Zonda. It's design is eye catching and polarizing. I doubt you could ever park it anywhere without drawing a crowd.

I really couldn't pick one. I believe that every single one of them is an head turner for sure. For instance, both the Enzo and the F50 have very radical designs. Both will definitely stop traffic.

    I voted F50.

Although I don't even own a Ferrari or sports car (anymore), the F50 would be my pick. The more pictures I see of that car, the more I want one. For me, that would be the ultimate, if money were no object.

Too plain? The engine bay is lined with gold for Pete's sake!

And my vote for most exotic goes to the super-rare Bugatti EB110. What a car!

there's only one car which coined the phrase "EXOTIC CAR" and that's the Countach

the rest just followed it's path
    and stole the blue print.
where did Horacio Pagani learned about exotic cars ?

P.S. btw Bugatti Veyron isn't an Exotic car but a luxury comfortable coupe whose performance happen tu outdo most exotic raw performance oriented exotic cars

My vote goes to the CLK GTR Roadster. The zonda is quite exotic, but the CLK looks almost ridiculous in a city environment.

My vote goes to the Pagani Zonda. The Koenigsegg CCX comes in a very close second place.

I picked the Countach just because it is so outrageous looking. My second pick would have to be the Zonda.

Fanboys rule web forums from the background. A Zonda is fast, but stylistically doesn't make a whole lot of sense IMHO... and wouldn't people complain if Ferrari just kept on building 360's with more power, more power, then more power, then more power... but kept the same body?

Macca F1's aren't exactly lookers, or exotic looking; neither is the F40 IMHO... the F50 stands out, but the Enzo is exotic styling like never seen before in a street car.... very racy.
