Now, I`m a bit confused?!?!
.....and your profile says - you are working at/in the casino. The Cafe is very close to the Casion but its not the Casino and the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel (Worldhotelgroups) is a few hundred meters away from the casino.

Normally I like the Spyker but in this picture it looks like a pedalcar.
