Just FYI 2007 QPV could be had with the F1 OR the ZF6HP automatic. About 1/2 the 2007s were auto. 1400 of 2700 ish I think. I have a 2007 QP5 Sport GT Automatica.

So don't discount the 2007s. However, due to variator issues, I'd be tempted to look for later model cars in the M139 line. But on the flip side, I like the pre face-lift cars better styling wise. So, pre 2009. Only other big difference is that the facelift cars play nicer with aftermarket Tesla style radios if you want to update it to get some modern electronics. Pre 2009 don't like the NIT to be missing and don't play well with aftermarket solutions. You'll get a "system not programmed" error. But if you don't plan on updating it's a non-issue. I personally wont own a car without Android auto lol. I even have that in my 1986 Porsche, and 2005 Lincoln Navigator.

Also keep in mind that sticky interiors are a huge problem on these. It's not just a Maserati issue, but most are plagued with it. It's not easy or simple to correct. And I think it's a large part of why the value of these cars is so low.

But if you've got lots of time to mess with it... It's a fun project. Just very very time-consuming. Ask me how I know.. LMAO.
