The Jackie Stewart-Max Verstappen thread(FWIW)

I was somewhat surprised to realize that Max is now competing in his 7th season of F1 and it invited a comparison of drivers past to those of the present.
Jackie Stewart: 9 seasons in F1; 99 starts; 27 victories; 3 WDC.
Max Verstappen: 7 seasons in F1; 125 starts; 12 victories; 0 WDC.
I suppose that it demonstrates the futility of comparing drivers of different eras, but it made me respect Sir Jackie all the more given the lethality of the times in which he competed.
I admire and respect both drivers. As the title says, FWIW.
