    That looks like something Koenig would have done to an Opel GT, I don't think Irmscher would do wide flares like those.

    I am almost positive I've seen one of those rare Panteras in Michigan back in the early '90s. Does anyone know:

    a) How many were built?

    b) Where I can find one in the US (if any?)

    c) Where I can find more info on this car? I've searched the internet many times, and there seems to be very little information about this car. Any books, tv shows, magazine articles?

    They say around 38 were made but other sources say between 25 and 30. I have never seen one in the US though.

    A search for Pantera Si will get some results.

    I like this guess, Jeff. Seem to remember the car on a transporter for some reason in identical colors. Maybe it was in an old R&T....?

    I found this picture of the Mangusta Spider in an old thread here on FChat.

    Yes, there is a picture of the same car on a transporter in R&T, June 1968, as it arrived with the other Ghia show cars (Ghibli, Mangusta coupe, and Rowan Electric) for the Geneva Auto Show. Good memory, mi amica!
