Last I heard, the car was in NJ... That was a while ago and the owner's sold some cars, so I'm not sure if he's held onto the F50 or not.
TBH, I'm not sure if that's the same car or not. The owner I'm thinking of is a private (mostly) Ferrari collector, but as I said, he's sold several cars and I'm unsure whether the F50 is or isn't one of them.

We sold 104262 to the consignor in just over 3 years ago January 2018, it's available only because he has another F50 104790 which is super-low miles which we also sold him.
