Does anyone have the ability to lookup Texas license plate numbers to find the owner's name and address? If so, can you please lookup the following and PM the results to me? Y96 SPM Thanks, Rob.
could be considered illegal for certain purposes.....you stalking someone? Why do you need the address?
You can get a publicdata.com account subscription for about $25.00 a year, this gives you 250 look-ups & sometimes they will add 100 bonus look-up depending on the promotion. I had this service when I had my shop in Houston. It helps with criminal back ground checks for new employees, looking up plate numbers, plus other important information. Well worth using if your trying to find someone that bounced a check on you or if someone has a lien on a vehicle & is a complete fabulist about it. www.publicdata.com
+1 for the public data. A friend of mine uses it. There have been times that one of the detectives found stuff there easier than he could have else where.
I can't think of any legit reason you need to look up someone's license plate info other than stalking. Kurt don't give this guy any info. You could potentially be putting someone in danger. If he wants to stalk, let him do it on his own. Lexus RX is a soccer mom car. More reason's not to be giving out this info.
Lets see. Rob has been a user for 5 years, profile is filled out, subscribed user, and most of us in DFW know him. You have no profile, haven't been a user long, and aren't subscribed. What was the question?
Who cares. The fact that he has access to the plate number tells me he has access to the person. Why does he not just talk to them? If he has a criminal complaint, he should be talking to the police. He's not approaching the girl in person because he's stalking. This is not information Rob should be given for any reason.
Yeah, I know. Just feeding a little out there to pull the reason out for the request. Like Rob implied, he's likely not a flake. Figured that there had to be a reason enough to share (kinda like getting busted by the teacher in first grade - "Is there something you want to share with the class young man??"), if he's asking here.
Wow, tough crowd. Here is the short version of the story. I was asking because a road raged teenager had thrown something at my car and caused damage on the highway. I've successfully tracked the kid down & now he has agreed to pay for the damage. I'd like to think the experience has taught the teenager a lesson before he kills someone. You can all calm down now... Rob.
for futurereference I use www.urapi.com with great success to find out anything about people in TX, use public data for work everyday but have found flaws in some of their info...
Can any of you guys help me on my other thread?? I'm gonna walk slowly and lightly, thru all this, I promise.... Just need some help. PM sent.....
Thanks Tillman and everyone for your help and thoughts on this matter...luckily for everyone, I suppose, it's a long drive back to town this evening, I dunno WHAT I am gonna do about this.. Other than pull a Jack Nickelson moment and demand the &%*&%^((^ TRUTH!!!!! LOL!
www.zabasearch.com also turns up a wealth of data. Free site. Put in the name & state....& presto! Up pops lots of info from public records. I used to use this site to reach for customers that I did not have their current phone numbers on file at work. Great for locating old school friends & the like.
