I was just checking the link provided and it reads still for sale. I am assuming reserve was not met. Looked like a nice one though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Lovely lady natkingcole. And MOSS thanks for sharing the new VF for the Huracan. But this thread is about an often talked about subject, market value. My semi-experienced eye tells me we are down 15% from highs. At least for the lower end cars that I tend to look at when looking at Testarosas. There are offerings at $80K + again. I think prices are steadying. And we will have fresh auction results in Jan. So we will see. The offerings over $200K are there too.
The market is down about 33% on average. It is projected to drop further in the new year. Lots of inventory, not enough buyers for the older stuff. Look for a few collections to be hitting the market next year. The next gen collector cars will be from the Asian markets..stock up now..
I would suggest a holding pattern until mid sùmmer next year. Being in the business and dealing with resellers tells the story. Times are changing and fast.
Actually, Mr. Chairman started this thread 9 years ago to bring to light the fact that these cars had dropped to 50-60 thousand dollars. Where we are today is way off the subject of which this thread was intended. Read the first few pages. Newer members changed the intended subject many years ago. I guess there is nothing wrong with bouncing back and forth everytime you see a Testarossa go up or down 100 dollars. There are only a few members that are really active on this subject and to each their own. Getting off on exotic car related things and the members that drive these cars is a refreshing change of a subject that has been beat to death time and time again. Some may disagree with me and some will agree with me but don't take this too serious. Its just the internet and you don't even know the person you are talking to or listening too in only but rare instances. They could have robbed a bank yesterday and its doubtful they are your buddy! haha You have only seen 3 members on this thread to know they aren't 16 years old. Funny, but it is really true.
Of course there would be no possible way of knowing if Asians will start buying the cars but I think he is saying the cars will be coming from Asian markets.
I think he’s just saying the popular Asian sports cars of the 90s are next to become collectible. My personal opinion on this is that it has already happened and wont go anymore crazy than it already has.
It definitely has already moved up substantially. I don’t think it will move up much more right now. I agree it already seen its pop up.
