    I be had one interaction with them. Not an online purchase though. Was traveling through Atlanta and wanted to stop in. To my fault I did not realize they were appointments only. Got to the door and they basically said go away. Lost my business for sure.

    Thanks. That seems odd. Unfortunately that’s probably s.o.p. for many high value retailers in central business districts now.

    I've had one interaction with them, they had a particular watch I was looking for in stock. It was a straight transaction, the price was fair and the transaction was smooth. The prices are negotiable but don't expect more than a couple of hundred off at most, if any at all. That said, make your offer, worse they can say is no.
