Thank you for this exclusive picture. The mule on the picture continuous having a Maserati Levante body but has a different camouflage, wheels and exhaust exits from the ones of the mule on the picture below spotted last October.

The Maserati Levante Trofeo V8 has also four tailpipes. A way to tell if it's a V8 or a V12 is by the engine sound which isn't clear on the video.

The last mule makes me hopeful for something unique from Ferrari, perhaps this will be the ultimate wagon (with unique styling and technicals) rather than a full on SUV. Always optimistic and hope I’m correct.

If it was an Alfa it would certainly be using a Stelvio body. One interesting element on the mule spotted last October is the gigantic brake rotor visible through the front wheel. There’s no Levante variant, even the Trofeo, that has such massive brakes and the wheel model is also of the type seen in some GTC4's, suggesting that this is something out of Maranello. The exhaust exiting awkwardly out of the back is another indicator that this vehicle is no regular Maserati in testing.
The mule on this last video has also a Levante body but the camouflage and the wheels are different from the ones of the mule spotted last October. However, the plate number is an element that clearly indicates that this mule is a Ferrari. We've seen in other Ferrari mules similar plate numbers starting by X0p5…..

What is interesting is that the article seems to state the the FUV will sit along side the GTC family rather than replace it? I thought it was decided that the FUV will replace the GTC, can anyone confirm or refute this claim?

Posting here my comment from 812 VS thread:
Appears that the SUV will get the naturally aspirated V12 from the 812SF (800 hp versus detuned V12 in Lusso)

This would also mean the naturally aspirated V12 doesn't end with the 812 VS variant - which probably makes 812VS less special. Also means the Lusso won't be the last V12 4 seater.

This picture is a great finding because now we can see the front view angle of this last mule for the first time. The camouflage details comparison confirms that this mule is the same of the video of post 1227 from 19 December.
When comparing this picture with a view of the Maserati Levante Trofeo from a similar angle, the mule seems to have been lowered. Another detail is that this mules's bonnet doesn't show the big bump we've seen on the bonnet of the previous mule spotted last October (post 1232 first picture).

Italian Motor1 says Purosangue will have two doors plus two little upwind back doors to eliminate B pillar. Far away from Levante shapes and classical suv setup. Much similar to an higher GTC4 - in my opinion the best solution. I hope Ferrari will not chose coupe style like latest Cayenne. I hate suvs coupe. And also we don't want an Urus/DBX/Bentayga/Cullinan copy.

I hope Ferrari go after some SUV performance record and smash it- perhaps similar to what Bentley did with Pikes Peak a few years ago.
