"Supercars Exposed" on SPEEDTV with Dusty!

Ya know, Joe's a great guy and all, but when I think "hip hop", Joe isn't exactly the first person that comes to mind

It's funny you say that because the Low Riders kept coming up to us and said there's nothing HIP about Joe. They called him HOP Joe but they still liked him as do all of us.

 

I finally caught the show. Looked like a lot of fun. A lot of great lines from Jeffrey...heh

 

Finally seeing a bit of the show right now. Cheesy, but nice cars and roads. So weird to see things so recognizable on TV for some reason. Funny too that Car Crazy on Speed tonight at 7:30 will be profiling Cars & Coffee. They even asked me for some pics from the old Crystal Cove as background. Should be interesting.

 

I watched it last night for about 3 seconds, it apprears that they are already running repeats. Monday at 6:00 PST is suppose to when the new episode airs and last night it was the first episode with the Turbo, modded red 430 and Lotus on Mulholland... Is that it for the show or are they going to air new shows?

 

Actually, the other 94.5% of the country isn't SoCal, NY, or Miami. Around Minneapolis or Chicago (where I'm at), which are reasonably cosmopolitan, my daily driver Cayman S gets odd stares, gawks, and various other glances as a "SuperCar". Overall, cars over $50k have to make up - what - less than 5% of the car market? In terms of $60k+ (sports) cars WITH great performance you're closer to 1% of the market...

It just all begs the question, what is a "supercar," SoCal or otherwise? One-in-50? One-in-100? More? Here in the Midwest My Cayman S is probably one-in-1000 and a Ferrari is even more rare.`

 

Wait until you see the season finally....lets just say that old top speed records have been shattered and that the helicopter filming could not keep up with the CGT!

Haven't the last 3 episodes been repeats? When is the season finale?

 

The season consists of 13 espisodes... There where some repeats due to the 'mid-season break'. Keep in mind that these guys are traveling the country to make these shoots...

 

I think a helicopter can get as high as Ashley...

Definitely makes sense, I was just wondering if it was over or not because there's really nowhere to see what episodes are coming up or how many, and the description on the cable guide says the same thing for every episode.

Just catching a few minutes of a Ford GT / Saleen / Carrera GT / USMC episode and without a doubt this is one of the worst television shows I have ever seen.

 

I missed that one.....is it a Supercars Exposed episode??
