So this is still an ongoing event yes?

If so I'd love to come out next week. Looks like I missed the Supersport this week!

Unless there is heavy rain you'll usually find a moderate to large crowd of cars and friendly people there from ~7:30 am through ~11:00 am each Sunday morning thanks to the tireless efforts of s4dustin and his helpers and sponsors. :)

For anyone who does plan to attend, please obey and respect these fairly simple rules so the event is not jeopardized for everyone else.

I'm hoping to attend this Sunday. The only thing that has me not wanting to go is the 2 and a half hour drive up there.

I have to wake up around 4:30!

There is ample parking in the lot used for Supercar Sunday especially during the 'off season' so no urgency to be there at first light like some other events. If you rolled in at 8:30 you wouldn't be missing much so enjoy a little extra sleep. :)

And Dustin - 'Thank You' to you as well! It is somewhat astounding how much time and effort you have poured into keeping this event going strong over the years. I don't make it out there often enough but each time I do I have a wonderful time.

When is the 'high season" then?

And thanks for the tip ;) I'll come a little later.

Just like anything, when the weather gets better more people come out. These cold and sometimes wet mornings are not the most inticing time for people to bring their babies out of the garage. Some still do and there was a decent sized crowd this past weekend but in the Spring and Summer months time it can get pretty crazy.

About how many cars have been showing up these past few weeks?

I want to know if it's worth the 2 1/2 hour drive up there!

Does supercar Sunday have a larger turnout than C&C Irvine?
    Different cars?

The variety of cars at an end of the month show is phenomenal!
Supercars, race cars, Hotrods, Ferrari's, Lambos, Porsche's, etc....
You gotta go at least once (then you will be hooked)
I have never been to C&C, too far, too early. But I have never been disappointed at SCS

Racecars? Are people trailering in their cars as well?
I should bring my Lotus 211, but it's not street legal.

People bring race cars, they unload them in the lot and then move the trailer to the back of the lot.

    Dustin,

I don't know you. You don't know me (yet). But I gotta tell you, I LOVE THIS VIDEO and what you do to foster/build the automotive community and support those in need. Hats off to you and your crew.

I will make it to SCS soon I hope.

    Cheers,

    Don L

For anyone questioning whether or not to come to Super Car Sunday, please click on the link below to view photos of past Super Car Sundays. I don't think you will be disappointed, especially on the last Sunday of each month in which Dustin Troyan usually has a marque for a certain car brand. This month I believe it BMW. I have been going for the past 6 years and have never gone home disappointed. Luckily for me I am only a 10 minute drive, but it is definitely worth the drive if you are coming from far. I hope this helps anyone in question of making the long drive.

I really would other than the fact that I live like an hour away, and if I trailer it I'd wanna track it :)
...maybe on a Lotus marque day, let me know when that is.

On a side note are there Ferrari track days that I could bring the 211 out to?

Can someone tell me what time I should leave Ventura to get to SCS this Sunday? I won't have my car with me so I don't have to be there super early to get a spot, but I'd also need to be back in Ventura by 11am.

    Thanks

    DL

If you leave from Ventura at 7am, you'll be at the SCS site off Topanga Canyon by 8am.

Is it already crowded by 7? Are there parking spots still open say around 8?
