paul....i nkow this comes as a suprise to some folks but there are individuals who can prepare such a document without the help of an attorney. lol..what a silly thing to get emotional over...some of you people are wierd
right...i thought you were "pro se" for now...so what was with the "We"? are you now referring to yourself in the 3rd person..you know, you can cross-examine yourself on the witness stand..
i didnt say i was representing myself. i said the 'unexpected' turn of legal events had alot to do with work i'd done....a stack of paper that i put in my attorney's hand when i walked into court that day. the info i brought introduced a new cast of relevant witnesses that the D.A. shouldve known about via the work of his office or the invetigator in question...apparently, he didnt. in fact i have since gathered more of such info. admittedly tho...im learning as i go. im no where near an attorney.. but i do have the drive and the research experience that helps me to defend myself. ra
This thread reminds me of this video: http://www.maniacworld.com/train-head-on-collision.html >8^) ER
^^^^^-shakes head. Yeah kind of sort out what to say and what not to say beforehand I can tell you this, unless you can prove you were out of the country at the time this all went down you need to throw in the towel. If this were a trail and I was sitting on the jury I would convict at this point. It's all just a bunch of lies and back pedaling BS flying around. I bet the cops are frustrated as hell if this is the same BS they are hearing on their end.
this from the guy in the pimp suit. ... if this were a trial your statements from the beginning would preclude you from being on the jury in the first place. and again. im not afraid of a jury trial. not in the least.
I think the smartest thing is that Matt has stayed mostly clear of this thread while RA weaves his threads into a noose..... RA. Is your wife a notary? If she is then she has this nifty stamp that she is responsible to keep secured if that stamp has been used with out her knowledge that is in it self a crime / forgery If she did knowingly stamp a document it is her responsibility to know for whom she is certifying, either by personal acquaintance or by substantiated identification ie: valid drivers license. It is her responsibility to maintain a log / record of all documents she certifies. If she has done this and it is, as alleged, her stamp on the document in question then either she was careless about the security of her stamp or YOU have access to determining who she did stamp for. If you were able to provide that information to the police the would be able to peruse the "offender" Since you have continually ducked the fact you have access to the information that can either clear or condemn you and you keep shucking. Has your wife provided a copy of her ledger to the police?
Go look in your wife's notary ledger and see who signed the ledger. How hard is that? Why haven't you looked at the ledger? It will have all the info you need to finger the culprit.
