I know the crank HP is 661 but I am trying to get an idea of actual wheel HP on a stock 488. Can't seem to Google or YouTube any "real" info.

Usually some place between 15% to 20% for drivetrain loss. So just multiple by 661 x .85 = 561 for a ballpark figure.

I don't doubt the ECU gains. But experience doubts that those gains exist on a racetrack. The turbos will probably heat up faster and the ECU will cut back power once that happens. You might even end up with a slower car....

I have witnessed a 488 run on Bosch OEM level load based dyno in a proper cell with full air flow. This dyno could not only measure power at the wheels, but it could also drive the driveline to measure real parasitic loss. Anyhow, peak power was 332 PS fully corrected at the wheels and 677 at the flywheel. These numbers were the result of 5 sweeps at 500 rpm per second climb which is pretty aggressive. A lower rise in rpm yield more measured power, and many dyno operators cheat by doing slow runs with 200-300 rpm per second runs.
The dyno measures the loss by spinning the driveline up to a predetermined speed, usually between 170 and 250 kph. Then it measures rundown time, as well as load force during breaking. That's about as precise as it gets.

This dyno is not a dream-o-meter, and I know some "tuners" in my area deliberately avoid it.

I've ran the 488 against a Huracan a few times now, and it wasn't even close. The lesser powered Lambo was not abme to keep up. Only case, where it was close, was from a dig where the 4wd Lambo had an advantage. Anything above 25 mph and it wasn't even a contest.
