Maybe you could do it yourself. Or you could ask your garage to do it. Mine (Carrs of Exeter) did all the sticky bits on my 550 for me.

Do it yourself with Isopropyl pads. It tried it on my 360 and it worked pretty well and im planning on doing the whole lot in a few weeks time. Tape up the edges so sticky stuff doesn’t transfer onto the leather and simply wipe away. Would recommend wearing a pair of those cheap surgical gloves.
Do get the larger wipes as the small ones are tiny and too fiddly.

 

Radley Ferrari in Greyshott can do this if you haven't already had it done.

some one mentioned nail varnish cleaner as a tempory fix which they refreshed every couple of months .

Of course it's not as good as having them all properly refinished, which I will do in time, but as a temporary fix to stop you getting sticky fingers, it's worked well for me.
