Sticking parking brake Cali T

    My 2015 Cali T is in for its routine service with main dealer.
    I had noticed that if left for a few weeks there is a slight squeak from the brakes for the first few seconds after moving it.
    Dealer has noted this and offered to clean the brakes for around £400.
    At the moment my brake is set to auto so first thing I will disable this as when left for long periods it's probably better not to leave it on anyway.
    My question is is that park brake adjustable? Is it worth cleaning the brakes? Being CC brakes there is no dust anyway.
