Indeed. The thing is if this was a face to face debate EVERYONE would act differently. And someone spouting off rights and wrongs is well....just plan boring. I like cars and I love everything about Ferrari. But above all I love having a chat with my mates and a bit of a laugh. And there was a day when thats what this forum was about...... I miss it. Now it's funny that, soon after the above was said, Steve was banned, then a few days later FITZY123 appeared to further discredit Steve.All part off the plan for "dealing with the troublemakers" I wonder?? I asked earlier if the person behind FITZY123 has been identified, but none of the mods has bothered to answer.

Hi Dave, How's the island, was thinking about bringing the bike over at some point. Not TT time as all the crossing are sold out. Anyway back to the topic, I did actually get a chance to see the email Steve sent round with Rob's comments on the mods forum. Personally I don't think Rob did anything wrong as he identified Steve as trouble maker (he did apologise to SteveW after he realised his mistake) and discussed it on a private forum. He did not publicly try to discredit Steve. Rob was right as other mods had the same perception of Steve. Right or wrong, what Rob did was behind closed doors and nothing worse then what is said on private forums or PM's between individuals. What Steve did was plain and simply wrong, I don't understand why people think it's OK. If Rob had hacked your account and threatened to post personal things about you, what would you do? Think the two issues are completely different and Rob has been punished on CS and he is no longer a Mod on here. Why should Steve get away with breaking the law.
Thank you for that, but that is only one of many interpretations of the word "Blackmail" another is to "Exert pressure on someone through threats" You exerted pressure on Wax to uphold the ban on Stevef by threatening Wax, you would not hand over any money and become a member here if Stevef was unbanned.
