Steering rack

Hello.

I was looking at my suspension system yesterday to see if i need to replace some parts.

I lifted up the car and grab the rigth front wheel, no movement.
I did the same with the left front wheel and i have a movement. I found out that the ball tie rod on the outside is good. So the problem is the inside joint in the steering rack.
The steering lock was on, and ignition was off.

Ferrari told me its no part to change other than a new steering rack.

Have someone else experiensed the same? Or is it other solutions than a new rack.?
