Any recommendations for a company that manufactures steel buildings?

I am considering a new garage build and want to price out a steel option.

I am open to a local Mid Atlantic business that could provide just the building or the complete turn key solution with assembly, concrete, etc.

    Thanks,
    LSJ

My sister has done a couple Morton Buildings. She really likes them. Combo equestrian with garage space for trucks, gator, and 5th wheel trailer. Lots of options and they look nice.

Did she just buy the building from them or did she have them do everything?

    Thank you

She had to do prep work for the site. Then they did everything else. They (Morton and builder guys) visited the site and helped with layout and design and what she wanted. They took it from there.

Not metal, but this place does garages. Their Leesburg showroom has a few on grounds to look at. They were nice. I think the 2 car with workspace and loft was ~$21k. It was sweet.

I’m probably having them do my shed. They are fully turnkey with real site prep— no one else was willing to do that.

    Great thread.

I may be building a standalone garage on a vacant lot near my home.

It will need to be graded, however.

    Great replies, thank you.

I want to go bigger than usual and had decided on the durability and ease of steel maintenance.

I guess stick is worth a look for the sake of curiosity.

Do you have a contact at Morton?

I have not had any luck contacting them.
