Hearing the F355 may put me over the edge....I have debating the purchase of an F355 GTB for a while now. Just need a good excuse to pull the trigger on one. ;)

Add my buddy Dennis and his Gen I R/T10 (if it isn't raining...they leak) to meet up at the BP. You guys will like this car!

What is the plan for the second half of the ride? (Continuing north I hope!) You all are invited to the saloon (real saddle bar stools, plenty of parking for nice group shot, etc) at our little family ranch, or my home, in Yorktown if you like. (Beverages on me.) Its a quick 35 min shot down I-69 back to Castleton. Jim

Awesome! Thanks for your generosity. I'm going to need to bring 2 or 3 cameras, last time I ran out and we had 1/3 the amount of cars. Rick don't forget the video camera, see everybody tomorrow! We also have 1 more Lotus Elise joining!

Jim, you're on! The 2nd half of the ride was to head up towards Tipton via 37 and 213, then back via 31. A little boring. What you've got in mind sounds a lot more interesting.

Weather forecast is looking better, should see some sun by mid afternoon.

For you guys meeting up with us at the BP - there's limited parking on the lot of the gas station. If we get a good turn-out, we may need to park in the lot of the fast food joint behind (just north of) the BP. If you don't see us in the BP lot, check the other lot.

Somebody mentioned that on Corvetteforum, he said there is a big Kohls lot across the street. Maybe one or two could wait at BP while the rest move over to the Kohls lot.

That's probably a better idea. Makes it easier for the gawkers. I've outlined the area in the picture below....

My pleasure! I would call the drive "fun" and "good times." Can't believe we blew past three of Indiana's finest and no trouble! Guess they were star struck (or just good sports)! LOL

Looks like you guys had a good turn out and fun time. Jim, your lounge looks like a great retreat. Quite the horse ranch it appears.
Sorry I missed out, looking forward to the next outing.

Were the folks at King's gracious hosts? That seemed like a good launching site.

Webby, pictures look great as usual. Waiting for the videos.

Yes! King's worked out very well. I talked at length with the owner (Steven?) about future events. He knows a few people in the area with vast car collections, and it sounded like he would be willing to make the calls to set things up. The next event will likely be a tour of a nearby muscle car collection - one-of-kind Hemi 'cuda convertibles and the like.

How about some time in April???

LOL!! Surely a blast. It was nice to let the car stretch its legs. Staying out of trouble was a welcome benefit too. :)
