Listening to Kubica tell his car chief that it would be a good idea to go "1 mil" (1mm or .040") smaller on the front roll bar is cool. They'll do it "at the lunch break." Hah!

Me too. I used to love watching them sweep through the last 2 turns.

    Nakajima
    Rosberg
    Coulthard
    Fisichella
    Raikkonen
    Sutil
    Massa
    Hamilton

Did the Force India cars find a shorcut?

That power-on, snap throttle oversteer on Glock's Toyota looks frightening, and counter productive to fixing the u/s problems.

Maybe it's just a traction problem. Renault looks even worse. Listen to how careful Alonso has to be with the throttle...

You could tell Massa was on a fast one when he went wide in the right kink.

Cars are struggling in the last sector with the super slow corners.

HK'S Mac doesn't look happy, but he's quick...

Through the first sector, anyway... over 2 seconds over the rest of the lap. Must have had a moment.

    Car problem! Pulled off!

Surprised Fred's second flyer was only .4 off after both of those moments... After the second one, I thought a tire was going down, but he pressed on.

He is really good, not matter what I and other people think...

    And PK pips FA!

Even quicker on the next one to the 2nd sector.

But loses .4 in the last sector.

Piquet really flying! He went quickest and then quicker still on the second lap. Are the tyres better on a 2nd lap?

The Kubica on-board footage shows really well his tendency to lean his head the 'wrong' way when cornering.
