Used to have a pool (indoor in Downtown Seattle). It was an absolute nightmare to maintain. Tried saltwater but things like door handles and such started rusting. Went to low level chorine and a commercial dehumidification system. Sold the house and went to fresh water....Wife wants a hot tub and I said never again to maintaining a pool/spa. Yes we get snow about one week a year here. This is February. Had to park two cars at the top and walk everyday. It was quite a workout for sure and the kids bitched and moaned big time. Lol.
