Do you guys think the Revuelto is affecting the SF90 market?
Spiders always hold value better than coupes. Obvious for msrp, I'd prefer the spider but I think a spider at msrp would be hard to get secondhand right now.
This will be interesting to follow. Basically new. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2022-ferrari-sf90-stradale-13/ Image Unavailable, Please Login
Interesting for sure. According to my dealer, the majority of used SF90 buyers aren’t interested in paying extra for the AF package, so I expect this particular one to sell below MSRP.
Still waiting for my Coupe to get deliver to me. Just got the final photo. Worry about the value a little bit, but a car is meant to be driven at its most vital form especially for a Ferrari. Reading through the thread, it is interesting to see how US market appreciate SF90 way more than other places. Back in Mainland China, a decently equipped 488 Pista can even trade pretty well equipped SF90. 296 depreciated like crazy, F8 is probably 100-150k USD more there. Luckily I ordered all my cars in US Image Unavailable, Please Login
More SF90's are far less than buyers over 2 - 4 years. Read how long we all have waited - don't believe everyone will sell their SF90 when XX shows up - maybe when next gen SF90 shows up which is years away. The XX slowed down the for sale volume of SF90 in peoples minds - no one getting an XX cares about the value of their SF90 like is assumed here.
Def watching that AF SF90 on BAT. I have an incoming Spider and considering selling my coupe ahead of time. Dealership told me my car should fetch MSRP + a few bucks, minus their fee of course. Edit: current car is a Stradale
I don’t think that car will get to the $746 MSRP or anywhere even close. Nor, do I think the car will meet the reserve. There appears to be a pretty significant disconnect between “ask” and “take” in the SF90 market. I say this having spoke to a few dealers about cars that I am interested in. The biggest challenge is that every SF90 being marketed is on consignment which generally means the true sellers are somewhat decoupled from the true market conditions. In fairness, I am attempting to bottom feed. That said, the spec on the BAT car is truly magnificent and I don’t generally care for the stripe option. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2022-ferrari-sf90-stradale-13/#comments-anchor Image Unavailable, Please Login
There are some incredible specs out that are being offered. I was recently offered one with almost $900K sticker, there was carbon in places I didn't think possible for $670K had 250miles, from my Ferrari dealer. I know of another with another almost $700K sticker went $530K wholesale. I guess a lot of spiders are starting to arrive.
Very fair assessment here. I think one thing to note is as the MSRP's got exorbitant on these cars the resell the MSRP will of course take more of a hit. Spec is important, but If I was in the market for a Stradale, I would rather buy one for MSRP at $600 vs one that's $50k below, if the MSRP is $750.
Roughly $75k behind, seems about right with that msrp https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2022-ferrari-sf90-stradale-13/#comments-anchor
Spiders seem to be trading at over msrp but with this many miles and a low msrp. Maybe its worth anywhere between msrp to 40k over. Spec would be important too...
I bought a coupe. love it. was offered a spider and thinking about it. sorry for confusion. I'll post a pic if I can figure it out.
This thing that truly fascinates me is Ferrari's ability to sell a series production V8 car for $900k. That is probably the all in price of the most highly optioned Enzo 20 years ago. Ferrari's price inflation in the past 10-12 years has been a thing to behold.
Enjoy the car! forget the value, this is a passion purchase. None of us went into this thinking we were going to make money from the purchase, enjoy yourself and think of the depreciation as your cost to play. You own a Ferrari! You only live once! I’m going to enjoy mine and in two years I will get another one and repeat the cycle…the car is amazing and the best modern Ferrari to date in my opinion…it’s the future… time stops for no one.
