    I am curious on how the rear wing / spoiler work ... I can NOT find anything

    The wing itself does not move. There is moving part in front of the wing though that submerges, introducing the lower part of the wing to the airflow, thus increasing downforce and drag. When the car accelerates or drives at a steady speed, the element emerges, reducing drag. The system works entirely automatically.
