I was going to get with you on it but with the forthcoming rain and my convertible top that blocks just about only the sun, I may not go now. Besides, I can save putting a bunch of mileage on her and just drive locally.

You watch or listen to FOX? They sure give a view on both sides of a story and never go for the "what bleeds leads" approach do they?

Well, I am throwing wax on the car as I type. And that is usually the kiss of death to good weather!

 

Just waxed my puppy as well. Da rain will simply bead off and drain away.

I just picked my car up from having it painted - expect hail in addition to the standard rain that follows you waxing the car.

 

Ugggg.. pretty solid rain in Winston Salem at the moment. I'm 'tentative'. On making the drive. If it lets up in the next hour or two, I'll head on down.

 

Now it is a downpour with ugly skies. This blows.

 

Maybe the rain will pass in W-S and you can make it a bit late. For what it's worth, it's high 50's here, mostly overcast with the sun breaking through now and again. No rain in the forecast until tonight (showers).

 

It just started coming down here.

What does it look like in Charlotte?

 

I live not too far from 131 Main and it's actually quite nice! Broken clouds, relatively warm - I wouldn't even say chilly at the moment but I haven't stood outside for an extended period.

Looks like a great day to celebrate some Italian machinery! At least for now (@ 9:40am)...

Not as good as it did a while ago. Skies completely overcast now with some dark clouds on the horizon towards the north. Forecast on www.weather.com recently changed from overcast to cloudy with 30% chance of showers.

 

i think I shall go.
Its overcast with some dark clouds in Downtown Charlotte but what the hell its only rain and made of the same stuff we wash our cars in (water)
