There are a lot of DIY’s out there for the “major” F430 service, but not many at all for the Scud. Is anyone able to confirm that the following procedures (and parts/fluids) are the same for both the F430 and Scud? Also, if anyone has a parts list for the services, it would be greatly appreciated! If not, I will work to compile and share. Annual oil/filter change & pollen filter Air filter/filters replacement Brake fluid exchange Power steering fluid exchange Transmission fluid exchange Drive belt/belts replacement Coolant exchange Spark plug replacement I am assuming these will need to be done at the dealer: F1 fluid & filter service AC recharge/service Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Pollen and air filters, only if needed Yearly is overkill unless you are city driving Spark plugs are over 30 or 40 k miles One belt drives everything, good for 4 years Coolant is 3 years Gearbox oil is 3 years F1 fluid you can do yourself, easy way is to suck out tank when system de pressurised, then put in new fluid- doing that yearly will keep it fresh. A/C, leave it alone if working, other wise fridge engineer Engine oil and filter is DIY but be aware this is a dry sump engine and you check oil level with engine hot and running. Filling to marks with stopped engine will overfill sump and cause damage. Care needed here.
Hi Eric. I sent you my service spreadsheet that shows my schedule. The following are the same between the Scud and F430: Oil filter Air filter Pollen filter Accessory belt Gearbox filter and O-ring Gearbox plug and filler washers Fuel vapor filter
Here is a better than oem pollen filter. Great seller! https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/cabin-filters-for-f360-f430-enzo-430-scuderia-and-challenge-stradale-65384300.671341/
