from this angle it looks to be the Euro 328 set, with the "tall" shoe bag: if it's the Euro set, it won't fit the USA 328 trunk (too high luggage). here below an USA 328 set shown, with the typical "flat" shoe bag ciao Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello Alberto, I know I paid too much for this set years ago but I'm wondering what you think an original unused set of 512BBi luggage might fetch today? It took me a while to find this set and I haven't seen too many sets since that time. Thanks, Murph Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
they are excellent, Kevin: congrats. Very likely 1982 production, complete with everything, even the orginal dust covers. I didn't follow prices recently, but I would say about 6-7 K euro. Only my opinion, of course. ciao PS I want a sale commision…
Was it possible to by unbranded luggage in the same pattern as the Ferrari luggage directly from Schedoni?
Hello All, Having been offline for a while during this strange covid period (here from France) I'm happy to come back & hope you're All okay ! Would raise a question regarding the set I just received (family gift), that I link with previous BB 512 posts and pictures ; What's your opinion about these two items, seeming not Schedoni, maybe prior ? (or later copy, or ?) Marked 'BB' and pretty nice patine. Looking forward to reading you, Kind regards Jean-Michel Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Jean-Michel: you can find the full story of that kind of luggage on my book "Ferrari by Schedoni", Edizioni Artestampa Modena. Yiu were given a nice gift! Ciao https://www.artestampaedizioni.it/prodotto/ferrari-by-schedoni-un-lungo-viaggio-sul-cavallino-rampante/
Waoow !.. Thank you so much for your fast return - Honored & impressed by your role and knowledge about fascinating Schedoni, that I plan to visit next autumn (travel aboard my favorite F599..). I early on heard great +++++ points about your book on my current French Forum Ferrarista club, and will now speed up to read & purchase. As a flavor, any info about the period of this luggage ? With all my Thanks, Jean-Michel
You will be very pleased about what you will read: I already told you where the all the answers are, I added that you will be very pleased to read what there is written. Three days and you will receive the book: what more? Ciao
That's not a set whose price is some hundreds euro... ciao PS You one is not in very good conditions, but if it were...
Got you, Thank you Alberto (I plan to go for a smooth, light, delicate care with top quality professional products)
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/ferrari-308-328-luggage-set-by-schedoni-of-modena-italy/ This 308 set just sold at 6300 USD on BAT auction site: not bad at all. Not perfect nor 100% complete, but very good indeed, even if I prefer a little darker color ones (the period correct color). Ciao
Considering the seller's pseudo (i.e: "BigSwole") he might well be a member on this very same forum... Rgds
Schedoni luggage sets prices are going crazy Ciao Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Today auctions prices tell that there isn't almost any Schedoni fullset that goes under 10 k USD: v12 sets and special V8 models sets are all well over 10k. Only 348-355-360-430 standard trunk sets still are more or less in the 4-6 k USD area. Several V12 luggage sets and F40 sets went for 20-30 k USD or even more. That's amazing! Ciao
I forgot to add this: also 456GT and 456 GTA sets are in the 4-6 k USD range despite being V12 cars, as they are very common sets. But not the much less common 456M sets, much more expensive as they are as rare as every other Schedoni sets except 456GT/GTA ones. Ciao
