I think only the 612 can pull something off like that. The 612 is basically the only Fcar that doesn't look good in red, but amazing in other colors. Exact opposite of every other model.

 

Mr. Ferrari did intimate in the story that it'd be the only LaF with that color combo. Love it or hate it, it'll be very interesting to see when delivered to Mr. Hagar...T

 

Nice to hear someone doing something different! I wonder if he chose a black roof.

Depends on how early in the process the car is being built. The VIN gets assigned before the car's completion, but towards the end of completion. So, maybe it hasn't been assigned yet

....but it never hurts to ask.

Sammy's love for Ferrari is the only thing that keeps me from detesting him totally. His presence in Van Halen was the work of many foul demons.

As a Diamond David Lee Roth fan I am genetically predisposed to think negative thoughts about ol' Sam. But I hope he enjoys his LaFerrari in good heath.

 

I love that he can live the dream! Forza Sammy!!

As for VH- lets face it- that was a volatile mix- it wasn't going to work out with DLR and we saw what happened with SH. I love both versions of VH. So I say rock on!

Funny... when I read the article yesterday this is the exact car I thought of.

 

Yesterday I saw a pics from a few weeks ago of a US black LaF with cuio interior. That looked great. But cream paint? Eeehh.

 

He's owned a lot of cars and he's getting a little older. Both those things affect how you make choices. It wouldn't be my choice either but then I'm not speccing the LaF!
